Here is a video of Dave and Drifter in their qualifying run this past weekend.  They make it look so easy, but it has really taken about 2 years to get to this stage!  I am really excited at the progress they have made as a team, up until the last few months Drifter has been very fast but out of control sometimes and not qualifying for little errors here and there.  Now the two of them are starting to work as a calm and deliberate team, and still making incredible time, I believe this run was done in 42.6 seconds on a course with a standard course time of 69 seconds and earning a first place ribbon as well as a qualifying score...

MACH Vista Dei Luvme Like A Rock XF

"Regis"

On Friday Morning, Sept 7, 2007 at Cleveland All Breed Training club trials in North Olmstead OH, Regis finished his Master Agility Championship, becoming the first MACH and the first AKC Champion bred by Vista Dei.  Thanks soooo much to Tim for his commitment and expert handling taking Regis from first time in the ring to MACH in only 17 months of trials, thanks to Tim's wife Christy for all the behind the scenes support that I am sure made it possible and certainly kept me updated.  And thank you Regis for waiting until I could be there to watch you run.  Held my breath the whole time, and when I remembered to breath, yup got some tears in my eyes.. beautiful runs, from a dog with a heart and drive bigger than he is..

Not to be out-done, in the Evening of Sept 7, 2007 at the Carnation City Kennel Club in Randolph OH.. Regis's mother, Misty finished her UKC Conformation Championship becoming

U-Ch. Millcreek Mystical Moment

WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!! Just got the phone call that Regis got QQ #19~~~  (he got #18 last week as well as another leg on FAST titles)  ONE MORE DOUBLE Q FOR THE MACH!!!

Now, of course tomarrow, Labor day is THE ONLY DAY for the next several weeks that I can not go to see him run, as I am scheduled to work so that I could have 3 weekends off.. I know I know.. but the shows are ALWAYS Fri/Sat/Sun.. NOT MONDAYS!!  I am sooooo bummed!  Hopefully Tim's mom will be running the video tape just incase tomarrow is the big day!!  I wish them both luck but won't be toooo disappointed if they wait till I can be there!!

GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!

Our UKC weekend wasn't all that good, showed 4 shows, poor Mysty took reserve in 3 of them and got dumped in one, at least she beat another bitch who has 11 AKC points and both majors the one day.. small victory, but we did need the points from that class win, now she just needs to go Best Female ONE MORE TIME to finish her CH.. maybe next weekend??  I was proud of her tho, she did a GREAT job, showed her little heart out in the heat and looked the best she ever has.. it will happen, just hope that it is this year, as next weekend is the last set of UKC shows around here till May 2008
